Refund Policy for KSOM AI Solutions

We strive for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase.
However, due to the nature of digital services, we maintain the following Refund Policy:

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

All purchases of services, subscriptions, and digital products are final and non-refundable.

Once work has commenced, service fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to discontinue the service before the agreed term.

2. Subscription and SaaS Services

  • Subscriptions to our SaaS products and services renew automatically based on the billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription term.

3. Exceptions for Special Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to system error

  • Failure to deliver services as described in the agreement, after internal review

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are final.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us for resolution, you will be permanently banned from using our services.
We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and recover the full amount.

KSOM AI Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
